We are a law firm based in Marshfield, WI that provides a number of different legal services. We provide legal services to companies, individuals and other entities. The firm also currently acts as the Marshfield City Attorney's office and acts on behalf of the City in all legal capacities.

Harold C. (Hap) Wolfgram - Harold C. Wolfgram graduated from Hamline University Law School in 1992. He is a Marshfield native and is licensed to practice law in both Wisconsin and Minnesota. He is a member of the Wisconsin Assoication for Justice. Hap primarily focuses on criminal law, OWI/traffic law civil litigation, personal injury, worker's compensation, social security disability, product liability, municipal law and construction law. Hap serves as Assistant City Attorney for the City of Marshfield and as the Village Attorney for the Village of Kronenwetter. William C. Gamoke - William C. Gamoke graduated from University of Wisconsin - La Crosse in 1977 with a degree in business administration and graduted from Marquette University Law School in 1980. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Wisconsin. William primarily focuses on real estate law, commercial and corporate litigation, collections and foreclosures. Williams serves as City Attorney for the City of Colby and Assistant City Attorney for the City of Marshfield. William also serves as a Court Commissioner. William is currently on the Board of Supervisors for Marathon County; Board of Directors for Community Bank of Central Wisconsin; an active member of the Colby Lions Club; a past member of the Kiwanis Club of Marshfield; and a past Director of the Marshfield Area United Way. wiliamgamoke@wolfgramlegal.com
John Hutchinson, CPA - John Hutchinson graduated from the University of Idaho in 1987. He is licensed to practice law in both Wisconsin and Washington. John primarily focuses on tax law, real estate law (commercial and residential), probate, estate planning, wills, trusts, municipal law and business law. John also serves as the City Attorney for the City of Marshfield. Outside of the office John is a board member for the United Way, Marshfield Clinic Research Foundation Board of Trustees and the University of Wisconsin - Marshfield, Wood County Foundation Board. johnhutchinson@wolfgramlegal.com

Heather L. Lenz, Title Agent/Legal Assistant - Heather has been with the firm since 1997. Heather obtained her Wisconsin Title Insurance License in 2001. Leslie Ertl, Paralegal - Leslie has been with the firm since 2008 and has recently obtained her ABA approved Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from Chippewa Valley Techinical School in Eau Claire, WI. Tanya Gessert, Receptionist/Secretary - Tanya has been with the firm since 2009. Tanya works afternoons as the receptionist and helps the firm by completing various secretarial duties.
Donald G. Wolfgram - Don has been with the firm since 1996. Don currently helps the firm with investigations, service of process and interviewing witnesses.
